ActiveSync / Vista

Hi all,

Can you please tell me how can I get around these steps:

Install HardSPL on your device from here

Ensure the device is hooked up and ActiveSync is showing 'green'

Run this EXE to flash your device

If I am running Windows, Vista Ultimate??? Because as you are all aware, there is no ActiveSynce on Vista, but only WMDC!!!

Its basically the same. A long as your sync centre icon on your taskbar has a green tick, then you are fine.
