location of favourites for tomtom6 on wm6

i am looking for the file location for the favourites for tomtom6 on windows mobile six vario 3 ..

i would like to back these up since i have lost them a couple of times so it's good to have a backup.

i think the location is on the storage card somewhere.

any help will be appreciated,
