Couple questions re: homescreen and ActivSync in task manager

so I have the elecont weather program (wonderful program) http://www.elecont.com/ and I saw they just released the google plug in http://www.wmexperts.com/articles/google_s...u.html#comments

It seems each has its own homescreen "theme" in the settings, so apparently I cant have both showing at the same time as it is now. Does anyone know how to make it so I can have both the weather bar and google bar on the home screen at the same time, if possible?

And also, Im just wondering why after I shut down Activsync in my task manager does it automatically show up again in the task manager a short time later. I have not even used it to connect to my computer (yet).

No Problem: Google Search really remove all plugins from Home screen. But ElecontWeather can restore: Simple run Elecont Weather after Google Search install. And press "Yes" on prompt for add ElecontWeather to Home screen :D
