Guest sfleuriet Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 I plugged my phone into my computer, opened up the My Pictures folder on my computer, and it froze. I unplugged the phone, restarted it, and the My Pictures folder is empty. There is only one (random) file left in the My Sounds folder. It's all gone. Any idea what happened? There were pictures on the phone I hadn't copied over yet... :D :(
Guest sfleuriet Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 (edited) Whoooa.... songs are magically re-appearing now. Of course not the pictures though, the files I really want.. This is the most buggy/flooky/wierd electronic device I've ever owned... Edited March 21, 2008 by sfleuriet
Guest thelostsoul Posted March 21, 2008 Report Posted March 21, 2008 Ehm, aside from the GPS and battery issues, I've had no problems with the device itself. I call it the best phone I've ever owned :D That aside, I recommend you don't use the "My Stuff" program. I removed the start menu icon. Use either the internal file explorer or Resco File Explorer. The My Stuff thing is pointless.

Guest sfleuriet Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 Well with the exception of the most recent 4 or 5 pictures, all of my pictures and sounds re-appreared one by one. How wierd... If I did stop using My Stuff, how would I view pictures?
Guest thelostsoul Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 Go to your device's /windows/ folder and copy the file "pimg.lnk" to your start menu. Rename it to whatever you want .lnk. Alternatively, you could use the file explorer, or resco file explorer to locate the images and open the one by one.
