replacing the tmobile branded vario III case with HTC ..

hi there,

i was wondering if i would be able to buy or get as spare parts the htc tytn II casing and put it on my tmobile vario III .. thus discarding the silver case?

from what i've seen it looks teriffically hard to take apart, but you can get the parts from www.cnn.cn

you'll need a TORX T6 as well as the Philips size 0 screwdriver

and you'll want to get yourself a plastic shimmy and a pair of tweezers to undo all the flex cables and get the fiddly bits like the microphone out
