is there any way of playing wavs down the phone or through the voice clip on vario msn messenger?

hi there .. i would like to find something like 'crap talker' and something that can play wav files/mp3's through the voice clip feature of msn messenger and via a phone call.

i also tried to send an mms video file through mms to a phone and it won't do it ..
