Remapping Soft Key

I downloaded a program to route my audio to bluetooth, but somehow it remapped itself to my right soft key...

I edited the default value of 113 in hkcu/software/microsoft/today/ to "contacts", and the open value to /Windows/Start Menu/Contacts.lnk , reset the phone...and the soft key still says the name of the blue tooth program. When i click it, it still trys to open the program.

Am I doing something wrong?

...is there a program that can do this for me?
