Garmin Mobile - Anyone else have this problem?

I'm having a strange error. I got the detailed map to unlock, but now if I try to navigate anywhere I get: "Unable to caclulate route. No roads near starting point."

Remember, I *can* load the detailed map. This occurs regardless of where I am - my driveway, a state rd or a US highway.

Any ideas??
