Can't write text message. Strange

Hi all,

I decided to write a text message this morning and found I couldn't do this anymore.

After choose A New Text Message, WM6 gave me a white screen, I could not enter anything there (inc. recicpent's number).

Looks very weird.. Any suggestions? Virus?

Probalby not a virus, those really aren't as common as everyone thinks. Unless maybe you've installed some smart-phone software from the Torrent sites or pirate sites, which isn't reccomended.

Probable options:

1.) you might have a bad phone. I really doubt it., but it's possible. If you've tried everything else, then take it back to where you bought it soon.

2.) you may have tried to hack something incorrectly. No problem, everyones done it at least once.

TRY THIS TO FIX: it's kinda a last resort, because it erases everything and sets the phone back to like the day you bought it. (it will NOT delete anything on your SIM card or Storage card) so back up whatever you want to keep from your phone to the computer.

To reset the phone, 1) turn the phone off 2) hold the Up button on the wheel pad while turning it back on 3)it will ask if you want to format, say yes
