Orange SPV E610

Hi guys,

I just bought an Orange SPV E610 as i need a windows powered pda/phone and this was the cheapest option, everything with it is fine apart from one thing, i live in the republic of ireland and need to get this phone unlocked to work on Meteor, i saw a tutorial on these forums, got the security unlock from orange developers site but when i run it i get an error message saying that this cab file can not be run and that the installation was not successfull, i still tried to run the network unlock, but it did not work, I tried to email the orange developers but the mail was returned as could not be delivered, I also can not call orange at mo as i can not afford the phone call as its quite expensive.

Can someone please help me with this as i really want to get the e610 working asap
