Removing scratches on smartphone screen?

Hello guys! I am new to the forums and I was hoping there is a few answers to my question. I have a Motorola Q 9c from Sprint, with the aluminum Monaco case. I've had this setup for about 10 days and I noticed that The plexiglass part of my case has a bunch of light scratches, and the phone has a couple tiny spots from particles getting stuck between the plexi and the screen. I was wondering if anyone has tried any methods (with sucess) to remove scratches from plexi or their mobile screens, and if there is a liquid coating that will protect either one from further scratches.The tiny spots on the screen itself aren't noticable unless you look, but I can't help but see them because I know they are there.
