Guest Griff_FFOC Posted April 1, 2008 Report Posted April 1, 2008 I'm typically a Windows Standard user as I like my keypad instead of a stylus, but as the Touch Dual has a keypad i'm thinking I can use that for texting and call functions, so will possibly be upgrading in a couple of weeks. However, I came accross this thread for the Touch; http://www.modaco.com/content/Daily/256280...-PagePool-size/ Does the touch dual have similar sluggish memory useage, or is this something that has been rectified in the Dual? I don't want to have to muck about extensively (if even possible on the Orange version) just to get the best out of the handset. Cheers Griff

Cheers Griff The Touch Dual is equipped with a 400MHz Qualcomm 7200 compared to the 200Mhz TIOMAP 850 found in the Touch, so in theory it should be a fair bit quicker! Having said that, you may also want to flash a different ROM to the standard Orange shipped ROM... Phil
