weird sound problem

Having a weird problem, cannot whats so ever get the earpiece to work. If i plug USB headset in it will only work on that, speakerphone will not turn on either when in a call. Sometimes if i turn on without headset plugged in, the speaker on back works, but cannot be turned off, but still no earpiece. Ive hard reset, re flashed but to no avail
