What Could Be A Fare Best Offer

Okay Im The Market For the HTC TyTn II [not a branded one] and been searching high and low, and so far the I have found several on Ebay that are less than the going $800.00+ that I have found on the net, not by much though. Anyway, several of the Ebay listings have two options.

Buy Now Or Best offer. And the buy now option is over $700.00, In all honesty I really don't want to use the buy now option, so i have been trying to figure out what could be a Fare Best Offer. Can anyone here help me bounce this idea around my wee wittle head :D that is if Im not out of line here on the boards.
