Guest simonqwerty Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Please be aware of some of the mobile phone provides out there especially internet companies are quick to take money from you when ordering the lovely SPV but will lead you a merry dance when it comes to delivering the goods. I ordered one from Directphones.co.uk, they promised they were carrying stock and promised a guaranteed next day delivery. Over a week later and numerous lies and bullsh*t quotes from them saying - its in the post - I still haven't received the phone. I know the phone is in demand hence the long wait but it pays to tell the truth on stock levels - its called good service managment - this can creat a good image for a company - and make them lots and lots of money - is it really so dificult? Are there any decent traders out there anymore ????
Guest madu Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 I ordered my SD card&reader from ValueMedia on 13th. Hmmmm.. Still no luck, it's 28th today and the only thing I got so far that may be linked to my order is a BLANK card from the post office with a stamp (that gives a wrong tel. no anyway).. And that was delivered to the house with 10 flats - so which one it was intended for I don't know. At the post office they said they cannot check if they have anything for me.. And ValueMedia said they had trouble checking my details (a week after I was billed) and my order will be there 'tomorrow' (that was friday..). Tuesday now, 2+ weeks later - still F**K ALL!!! I miss my MP3s on the tube :cry: It has been a nightmare ever since he he And my 32MB MMC has lost half it's capacity and is now only 16MB for some reason - guess it's all that -14 in Austria....
