you need to register your hand set then i guess - not sure after that, my vox came from orange, not HTC direct so they wont let me register and download ;0(

Are you using firefox ? I also didn't see anything when I used firefox, when I used internet explorer I could see the update.

Its not very straightforward how to get to the download :D
