Guest newms81 Posted April 6, 2008 Report Posted April 6, 2008 I've had other problems and think I may just need a new phone. I got the Motorola HT820 Bluetooth Stereo Headphones today. I did everything correctly and they worked perfectly. I came back several hours later, without changing anything with the headphones or the phone, turned the headphones on, and now no audio comes through from the media player. It worked fine several hours prior, phone calls still work, and I can still control the media player from the headphones, just no sound. Any ideas??

Hate to sound like a smartass but there are 3 places to control music volume. In media player itself by rotating the wheel, on your headphones, and the last place (which may be your problem) the silver rocker switch on the side of the phone. Check this out, I've had that volume setting cause me trouble.
