d pad won't move left (portrait) or up (landscape)

I have the Tilt/TYTN II....

Love it so far, but lately I've had this issue with the directional pad. It won't move left in portrait mode or up in landscape mode. I don't know why. I haven't experianced anything different since this started occuring.

Anyone have this problem too? I tried searching the web and this site and no avail.
