blackjack II codec needed!!!!

i have a blackjack II with a 2GB micro sd memory card with an adapter that allows me to put it in my MPEG-4 camera, when i try to view videos on my phone of the videos i took on my camera it says error, a required codec is not installed or cannot be found... how do i get the proper codec to see the vids on my phone???
