Guest RoscoeVine Posted April 9, 2008 Report Posted April 9, 2008 I have no trouble playing videos on my BJII using TCPMP, they're practically crystal clear, in fact, and the sound quality is more than sufficient. However, I've been trying to use my BJII to watch movies and TV series such as Showtimes 'Dexter' that I found on sites like PhilmForum.com, and I'm having trouble. The problem is this: though the picture, frame-rate and sound quality are more than acceptable, the maximum duration of every clip is no more than a cosistent 15 minutes, regardless of how long the clip should be, i.e. 45-60 minutes for a tv series and so on. Now, the clips I'm watching are (or seem to be) streaming, as there is occasional lag, so I don't think it's a matter of storage, and I've maximized the buffer, (though I may have done so incorrectly), so I can't understand the need or technical reasoning for a 15 minute limit. Granted, I'm not a techie and I'm a newbie to the BJII and to this forum, but I just can't accept such a limitation... I need to be able to watch free shows and movies! Please help.
