Help setting up a vario 2 with o2 mms and internet settings

hello all

can anyone help me out with setting up my vario 2.

It is a vodafone phone and i have tonight unlocked it with software i bought off ebay for 99p :D Worked a treat and i can now make calls.

However, obviously the internet isn't working and i cant send/recieve mms's....

Can anyone help me out with setting it up to do so. Also should i be able to get HSDPA speeds with a 6 month old o2 contract sim?

Step by step instructions with setting the above up would be very, very much appreciated.
