Delete Contacts

Ok guys, I recently installed FinchSync. I rather like the program and all, but there's a couple small problems. Here they are listed in order of importance from greatest to least.

1) It has created duplicates for EVERY SINGLE contact. How can I either a) delete all extra contacts, or :( delete all contacts altogether...WITHOUT doing a hard reset?

2) Small calendar problems - first it doesn't seem to like appointments without times. Also, EVERY...SINGLE...APPOINTMENT from FinchSync has a "Tentative:" in front of it.

If BirdieSync wasn't $30+ I would buy it. I really like BirdieSync better, but it's expensive. However, if I can't remedy some of these problems, I may need to pay for it.

EDIT: Problem solved - I realized I had the full version of Microsoft Outlook installed - I'll just use that instead. :D
