Email problem

Hello

Please excuse me if I am being stupid. I have Windows Live on my device to pick up my hot mail and I have an exchange account (with Mail2Web) to pick up work email and sync contacts and calendar. I access both sets of emails from the messaging app on the phone. When I open my hotmail it in lovely HTML but my Exchange synced email is just plain text. :D Is this right or am I missing soothing very simple!
