Where is Internet Sharing .exe on Blackjack II?

Trying to set up Internet Sharing on my Blackjack II WM 6. I've seen lots of posts here but I need to find the Internet Sharing applicaiton.

I found a shortcut in the \Windows folder but it points to nothing. Anyone know where I can find the app or download it?

When I clink on the Internet Sharing link in the \Windows folder I get:

alert: Can't find ':MSINTERNET_SHARING' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all the required libraries are available.

How do I get this working? If I need to reinstall where do I download the software?

Well I fixed it. It seems AT&T, Samsung, and/or Microsoft does not include the Internet Sharing app on the Blackjack II. What I have on my phone is a LINK to the Internet Sharing app, a link to nowhere.
