Having you're language changed on your phone ( HTC S710 )

As the description says I would like to change the language on my phone from english to dutch, but not some SMS help or something I've found so far but I would like the whole panel, interface and all turned to Dutch if that's possible. If that is could it come with a manual and sorts, if that's not asked too much? I'm not really experienced with changing things like software on my phones.
