Plug and Play Bluetooth Car adapters

Has anyone used either the motorola motorokr T505 bluetooth car kit, the Satechi bluetooth FM modulator, or the Venturi Mini? I want to be able to pair up my BlackJack II and Ipod (w/ bluetooth adapter) to the device at the same time and have the device mute the volume of the ipod when the sound comes in, etc. If you own one of these devices, please tell me a little about its quality and if is has the functionalities above.

Mainly I am looking for something that I can Pair up two devices on so I don't need wires running everywhere. Being able to use Microsoft's Voice Command would also be a big added benefit.
