Help with home screen

I like the theme style of T-mobile default.

and I like to put pictures that i took with the phone as the home screen.

ESP. I love to put me and my girl friend picture. but every time i want to set it as the home screen, it always misses the spot. Which means sometime its too centered and only sees my face and the half of my girl friend's face in the corner... -.-;; and the clock covers half of my face...

(know what i mean..)

i like the lay outs of the icons on the left side of the screen, not too big not too small, and useful, (always notices me with highlighted icons; with messages, missed calls..)

is there any themes that any one would recommend??

*T-mobile default is ok, if the clock shade doesn cover the half of the screen.. -.-;;

*i've look thru the home theme download page in the site, none was in my style..
