help with gps hack

im tryin to get the gps to work on my phone but im not sure on how to do it right can some one please break it down for me. it can be on device or on pc. i tried the one on the device and the page came op with a bunch of crazy stuff but no links or nothing. i just dont know if im doing it right, help please, thanks! :D
