HTC album - switch from photo to video

I've got the HTC album program which came in a package with the updated camera software packaged on here. I can't seem to work out an easy way of switching between photos and videos.

Currently the only way I can switch is by going into the camera switching to video mode and then pressing the gallery button to see the videos. Surely there's an easier way? Is this what everyone else's HTC camera and album does?
