A tribute to the SPV

The recent by the developer community and this forum in my opinion may be the turning point of the SPV.

My opinion on the SPV has changed from a slow, unreliable crock of sh1t to a phone that I am now proud to show to my friends....

We should put our hands up and clap to the hard work that Paul and the active developers are putting into this phone and point this good work out to Orange and their retailers. We should say that we love the phone now it's unlocked.

I hear you ask, whats prompted this message...? Well I was just flicking around the menu system on my SPV and suddenly realised how fast it now is that I have tools at my disposal like the task manager and a notepad... I know they are basics that the phone should of had at the beginning but lets forget about the past and look to the future.... We now have a serious piece of equipment to play with....

If the pending software update locks down the phone, I won't install it as I now have a good stable piece of kit that does what I want. I hope that Orange will one day see the light and realise that the developers are not hacking the phone but improving it beyond recognition!

Thought I'd share my thoughts.....

Well done guys :!: I wish I could contribute more to this forum like sexy home screens and cool applications but I am just a nobody with an SPV that cant perform wonders with code and graphics apps.

Thanks for your hard work....
