Bluetooth GPS & Handfree at the same time?

I'm looking to get a Bluetooth GPS device for a HTC Dual Touch. One thing I wanted to check is that it would be able to work along side his existing bluetooth car kit i.e.

Normal driving GPS via Bluethooth to give Navigation capability

Phone call comes in and bluethooth Hand-free picks up call?

I am pretty sure this will work but wanted to check first?

Mine works fine with both car kit and GPS on my old WM5 PPC and my current WM5 smartphone so I would have thought it should with most devices and software. When in a call the navigation software mutes.
