Hi guys, I have been searching and searching here and on Xda-Dev (wiki) etc, and I just simply cannot find what I'm looking for, and I didn't want to sound like a complete idiot, (that's another story!).

So please forgive me if this has been asked before!

I have succesfully managed to Sim/CID unlock my Hermes, I have also managed to CID unlock and Hard spl my Kaiser, I have managed to confirm Hermes is Now unlocked Sim anyway, by using an O2 card in and it works which it wouldn't before. My problem with this PPC is, I am slightly concerned about flashing a new Rom to it and losing some software I use for work that is in Storage/Program Files, which was loaded onto it via a Micro sd Card! Can I somehow Copy the complete Program or will I have to reload it, which I am concerned about, cos it's works an they won't like it!! :D

The other question I have, is HOW do i access the Bootloader for the Kaiser??? I know it's ok-Power insert stylus for the Hermes, but that doesn't seem to work on Kaiser, or am I doing something wrong.

Your help very much appreciated here guys, I need to check if the Kaiser has def had hard spl befire I load cooked ROM.
