Eten M700 don't work in Bootloader

I have to buy a eten M700 and uprom for it

But then I uprom, and It don't work in Bootloader for me can uprom again. It's main Storage only have 13mb.

I know connect to bootloader is:

Quote: - Hold 3 bottun: Power, Camera and Voice Recording (near volume +/-)

- Click Soft-reset

- UnclickSoft-reset,but hold 3 button together, and wait bootloader However my device only display in black and don't conncect bootloader.

I can't transfer this device to my Eten M700's Bootloader.

Pls help me this error. I can't uprom for it
