Keyboard/Interface popping up (Opera)

Even with the keyboard slid out, whenever I click into a field which requires text entry, even when in full screen, it pops the interface up (and soft keyboard if its not toggled down), it is extremely frustrating and I cannot find a way to stop it doing it.

Anyone any ideas?
