Pocket IE reset

Is there a way to reset your IE without a hard reset? Somehow, I have lost the browser button functionality

(no backbutton or favorites). Not only do they not work, the bar at the bottom is completely blank.

A hard reset would take me about 5 or 6 hours of re-moding (is that even a word, lol).

Please help!
