Need help with Blackjack II

Hi, I got a Blackjack II about 3 weeks ago, so I'm still getting used to it. But..on my phone the sound and quality is actually fairly good, yet when I transfer it to my computer the sound is choppy, horrible, and the video isn't that great. I was confused on why, then I looked at the file and it's a .3gp. the software that Motorola gave me when I transfer it,it transfers the thing from a mpeg to a 3gp on my computer when i take the video from my phone to my desktop. Is there any way where I can stop the conversion so I don't lose quality? Because converting it from a 3gp to a mpeg on my desktop won't do anything besides give it less quality, but if I drag it straight from my phone as a mpeg, then I won't lose any quality. Sorry for the confusing question, but hopefully you get it.

I'll take a stab at it,

Can you just use ActiveSync and then use the file explorer to download it straight across?

You could also just connect your Blackjack as a mass USB storage device to ensure no conversion takes place via ActiveSync. Alternatively, if you have a card reader, just copy the vid to your removable mini SD and plug the card into the reader.

what do you guys use to play 3gps on the PC? Only thing I have now is VLC and it's kinda hit or miss with 3gps.

If I really want it to play I use something called total video convertor and make an mpeg but that's a bit of trouble for something that really should be kindof a standard now.

When I was using my nokia 6682 symbian phone the nokia pc suite would play 3gps great but I didn't really feel like keeping it around just for that.
