TCPMP ...help

ok ok, I give up. When I first got my BJ2 I could not run any you tube videos. I went through and downloaded the tcpmp player and flash video bundle and voila...it worked great. I downloaded opera mobile and i could play you tube videos in windows media player. Now heres where it gets weird. a couple nights ago my opera browser stopped opening you tube files. keeps saying cannot support file type. Then all of the sudden WMP in PIE is able to play you tube videos, and now is the default player of windows. 3 hard resets later and multiple hours wasted, I cannot get opera mobile to play any you tube videios, and PIE will only open them up in WMP. I can still play my movies I converted on the TCPMP, I have pressed all the file boxes that can be opened with TCPMP, I have even gone into the registry and tried the "\program\exe.....Still no matter what, I cannot open you tube videos in TCPMP. I hate windows media player!!!!!the videos look crappy. Now keep in mind, Opera mobile works in every other way(8.65), PIE browses just fine, and my BJ2 works just fine. My phone is unlocked, i used the gps unlock. all my plug ins are working including pocketnester and Google Maps. I really want TCPMP to be my default. Oh, and by the way, it wont even open the files on ORB.com? What up with that? Any and all help would be much appreciated.3

Hi goldwingguy, I have seen this somewhere before on the XDA-developers forum. It seems that the combination of TCMP, Opera and Windows Media player creates all sorts of conflicts. I can't remember if there was a solution but if you put a search in their forum you may come accross it <_

yeah i have the same problem as matt that quoted below me. i downloaded tcpmp.smartphone.0.72RC1.cab & FlashVideoBundle.CAB & TCPMPflvplugin_v0.4.2.CAB and it was working fine. then i found out about a web site that had a hack about unlocking my fone and something about the gps and after that my fone stop playing the youtube on the tcpmp and when i try to play a video the tcpmp player would come up and when its done loading an error message pops up saying that something about upgrading something. please help

you can download the core player v.1.2.2 or higher which searches and plays youtube (not youtube mobile) videos with excellent quality

you can find core player v1.2.4 here ( http://www.anonym.to/?http://www.fileden.c...ePlayerV124.rar ). if it is unable to validate serial number and/or user id then delete config.xml from application data\coreplayer. I recommend you change the youtube settings in coreplayer to flv (medium) instead of default rtsp or H.264 for better quality. Try it. it's excellent
