Guest musclelondon Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 My keyboard has been playing up for months but a soft reset has always sorted it out. Last night it stopped working altogether. Anyone know if T will fix it not as an insurance claim, how long it takes and whether I need to put the original T WM6.0 ROM back on before I give it to them? grump grump grump.
Guest tsutton Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 If you have phone insurance then yes you can claim it. Give them a call and they will arrange for the phone to be repaired. Backup all data, tho.
