Loosing sound when in a call ! !

Hi guys,

While in a call, the other end sometimes stop hearing me. The sound from my phone just dissapears, and the other end can hear me, but very distantly. I've heard that other people had this problem as well.

Is there any solution to this??

Hi Tonijj,

This sounds like either a hardware problem, or potentially a bad reception/network problem.

Is your i780 the GSM model? If so, do you have access to another phone that you can use your SIM card with to see if it's a phone issue?

If it's a phone problem, then you may have to get it repaired or replaced. If it's a network issue, I'm not sure if there's anything that you can do apart from switch companies, or get a phone with stronger reception. :\
