Speakerphone auto-on for every calls

Hi All,

Is there anyway to have every call answered automatically routed to speakerphone?

We have a lot of XDA Orbits that our drivers use and would like to have it that when they are in their cradle and tap the green answer button then the speakerphone is switched on?
