Specification of a smart device hardware

Hi

I have a problem that is a application that returned remaning time battery in seconds and the return value it was ~4,2 billion and this means "unknown".

This value means that the OS can't return remaning battery in seconds because device or battery don't have the capability.

Anyone know's which specification smart device must have to return that value in seconds?

Just to report, the first smart device I used it was a Fujitsu-Siemens Pocket LOOX N500 that have returned the ~4,2 value. This one have Windows Mobile v.5 OS 5.1.1702 with the PXA270-312 processor.

The second one was a Qtek 9090 with Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition v.4.21.1088 with a intel PXA263 400Mhz and the result it was ~4,2...
