cannot get Device I.D

Had my BJ II for over a week now, it worked straight out of the box.

Now i am having a problem with installing Garmin XT.

I have done the gpstest and get up to 8 satellites in no time.

I then installed Garmin to the memory card, but i cannot get the

10 digit Number I.D, no matter what i try.

I think i have made an error on the installing of Garmin, would

erasing everything from the memory card and reinstalling Garmin

cause me any grief?

any advice appreciated

Have you tried contacting Garmin support regarding the code?
