Cut and Paste extension

I'm looking for an application that will allow me to cut text and paste it into a note without leaving the application I'm in.

Quite often I'm reading eBooks, RSS feeds, web pages etc on my Windows Mobile device and I would like to easily save some text from the application. At the moment I have to select the text, cut, open a notes app and then paste and then go back to the original app, I would like to see something which will automatically paste any text that I cut from an app into a note somewhere in the background.

Is anyone aware of anything like this?
