Guest Huwawa Posted May 31, 2008 Report Posted May 31, 2008 (edited) I've found a site about Linux on the Blackjack 2(SGH-i617) here, but I don't really know how to use some of the files hosted there. It's a website from Texas Instruments, which is the developer of the OMAP 2420 processor. What I'm wondering is this: how do I actually get these binaries onto the phone to use? Is there a bootloader for the BJ2 that serves this purpose? Edited May 31, 2008 by Huwawa

The link you proviede only takes you to the home page, I would like to see if they have a bootloader we could modify for win mobile 6.1.
Guest christophe75 Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 Why people want to buy a device with an OS and want after change it ? Buy another device if you don`t like it with their fonctionalities.
Guest hagie92 Posted July 16, 2008 Report Posted July 16, 2008 we are a group of people who like to tinker, who like to try something different just to say i did that! thats why 1/2 of us have ubuntu or some other OS along with windows or whatever else. haha, lets try to help on these forums, expecially if we could use the bootloader to get WM 6.1 running. hagie92
