Uhh... I just got a blackJack 2(i617) and a 4 gi microsd but i cant seem to get any movies on to the storage card. it resets around 1/4 of the way (i only tried a 173mb .avi file) I dont know if its the phone or the memory card. im thinking its the card because when i try to plug it into my card reader it freezes. does anyone have any advice?

How big is the card? Oh u said 4 g, I use a 4 Gig and it will not read in an older Sony computer or older usb 9 in 1 card reader.

It will read however in a newer HP computer I have and and ASUS EEE. I think it's something to do with the HC rating of the newer SD cards (HCSD for high capacity)

When u do copy videos over using the usb cable and active sync, it does copy over very slowly. I usually am ok with that though because it is also charging. I just leave it alone.

I think if u have an older computer, just over 2 years old or around there, it will have problems reading it. I would try a newer usb card reader or experiment with sticking the micro card in the adapter in a newer computer.

An older computer may be timing out also when copying. To give you an idea, when I copy 2 episodes of the Sopronos over to the card by usb cable, it takes about 30 to 40 minutes, it's easier than taking the card out and sticking in an adapter and into my computer though. Are those comparable times to what you are seeing? Mine completes the copy though.
