I have inserted a 64meg sd card and am trying to put things into my phone but no joy. i have downloaded ia album, all explorer, a new media player skin , and a background. have active sync. opened explor, droped items into smartphone icon. synced phone, but nothing has gone over into phone, if i double click icon it shows that almost all has transfered, but while trying to download IA i am being told that there is not enough room on card, do i have to format card first, if so how? sorry to bother you but i have contacted orange and they are usless, also i have been told that i can connect with my laptop to access the internet, but how does this work if no modem is installed on pc. I have tried the search option but it is all a maze to me. please help, this thing is driving me mad :oops:
Guest spacecowboy6982 Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 Dont quote me on this buddy- or any1 laugh @ this lol cos im a newbie 2, but im sure that u dont drop the files into the smarfone icon but in the storage card direcory for mp3's or accesories for that "freespace app" some genius made. Just create the relevant directories and u should be fine....i think ?
Guest stoneman Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 ok, got the files into my phone in accessories, but when i click on IA and all explorer it tells me that they are notvalid windows ce applications, also i can view my background but it is not in the choice of options to set :evil:

Guest Bazz Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 The download's probably an installer. Run it on your PC and it'll install it onto your phone. Backgrounds must be stored in: IPSMApplication DataHome i.e. on the phone not the card.

This new version really slows up the games (pokemon gold ahem and harry ahem potter) Wots gbc colour games do run fast??
