If your phone is App unlocked, making a shortcut is a simple as it is in "regular" Windows. Sync with your device, navigate to the program on the card, right-click to create a shortcut for the program's .EXE, cut-n-paste the shortcut where you want it.

but when I go to my smartphone like Computer\dweng's Smartphone\\\Program Files\GPS Utilities

right click app, I don't see "Create ShortCut" while I see it when I click applications on my C disk

Ah, my bad. Right click, "copy" the program's .EXE file and paste that where you want it.
