Easy/Simple call blocker?

Is there a working program that is free or near free for the shadow that works and blocks calls

I hear about some of the programs need 1/2 rings then it blocks it

i ran the program and it just sits at a "debug" type screen where u can read the script

If it's for a known number, then you can set that contact's custom ring to a silent sound file.
