Guest My_Immortal Posted June 26, 2008 Report Posted June 26, 2008 (edited) 1. Choose your fonts. 2. Copy your fonts in "Storage/windows/Fonts" folder. 3. Add the following key in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft][Fontpath] and [FontLink]. 4. Under "FontLink", add [systemLink] key. 5. Under "SystemLink", add value with string name: nina and string value is: \Storage\windows\Fonts\"name of file font.ext, real name" of the font when you open it. * Example: "\Storage\windows\Fonts\matrix.ttf,matrix" or "\Storage\windows\Fonts\Tahoma.ttf,Tahoma" 6. Under key "Fontpath" add new string value "\Storage\windows\Fonts" and string name is "Fontpath" 7. Reboot and amaze how you have changed every part of your smart phone! I used Candara and it is amazing! Edited June 26, 2008 by My_Immortal

Guest My_Immortal Posted June 30, 2008 Report Posted June 30, 2008 (edited) WORD THX!!!!!!!!!!! :( :D 1 thing...in step 5 i do all that stuff and it ask for value data, what goes there. im using CeRegistryEditor FYI name: the name of your font value data: \Storage\windows\Fonts\"name of file font, real name" For example, I used Candara. So it goes like this: string name: Candara value data: \Storage\windows\Fonts\CANDARA.TTF,Candara" Could someone make a CAB file for this? If someone was to make a CAB file for this, it would be for a specific font, you wouldn't be able to try and see which one fits your taste better. Edited June 30, 2008 by My_Immortal

Guest Blaydman Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 :D I have a BJII and tried your approach, rebooted, but have not seen a change, any thoughts Thanks for your time Since I don't have a storage card, I just add mine to the fonts folder \Windows\Fonts I am using the free fonts "Kingthings Calligraphica Light.ttf" and "Kingthings Calligraphica.ttf" Also, be aware that you must customize your home screen found in \Application Data\Home , for example: (make a backup of the original homescreen.xml you are using) There are plenty of resources on customizing your homescreen.
