GPSID problem

Hi all,

I recently bought a Blackjack II and I wanted to play with it a bit. I wanted to do something with the GPS chip, but I got as far as this:

...

HANDLE gps = GPSOpenDevice(NULL, NULL, NULL, 0);

The handle returned is always null.

Am I missing something?

PS. I used the GPSID configuration tool and have set it to COM4/None/38400/checked as suggested by another thread on this forum.
